Any such images will be subject to processing by ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORD, S.A.U., with registered address in Calle Tomas Alba Edison, 4, PCT Cartuja, 41092, Sevilla (Spain), in order to publicise the events organized by our company.
The lawful basis for processing these images is the consent that you provide by signing this document, or the acceptance of the invitation we are giving.
These images will be stored for 5 years, or for as long as you do not revoke your consent, after which they will be destroyed.
Likewise we inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing and erasure of your data, as well as the right to file a complaint with the Controlling Authority by writing to the above-mentioned postal address, or to the email gdpr@altertechnology.com attaching a copy of your National Identity Card in both cases.
