Trajectory

During last 20 years, I have developed different roles within Alter Technology linked to technical and managerial activities. Covering from Parts Engineering till Business Development until reach the EEE Parts Division Director position. I have cumulated a significant experience in the high reliability market allowing me to understand the requirements and processes associated to the technical support, procurement and testing of components and systems. Managing a team of highly skilled technicians and engineers is a challenge that I face with honesty and passion.

The opportunity to work with customers worldwide is an experience that opens your mind and oblige you to define multi facet approaches to the same problem to identify the optimal solution for each situation. It helps me to learn every day and to continue growing professionally and personally.
