Since 1993, I am part of the High reliability laboratory department from ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORD S.A.U., where I work as Head of the Department of Inspection and Testing, developing Quality Control functions of EEE components in the frame of space and militiry market, set in a large and diverse range of activities and tests. At same time, Head of the Laboratory Technical Office, developing technical commercial functions designing quote evaluating activity flows, costs and lead time.

Certified by HUGHES as C.S.I. Inspector approved to perform quality control activities in Europe (ESCC –European Component Coordination- Inspection System & MIL), 1998.

Quality inspector, in ALCATEL SPACE in the frame of INMARSAT-4 project, Horten-Norway, 2002.

Certified by BOEING EDD as C.S.I. Inspector approved to perform quality control activities in Europe (ESCC –European Component Coordination- Inspection System & MIL), 2003.

Certified for the realization of Customer Source Inspection of EEE parts. Inspections in SGS Thomson (France), Sfernice (France), Motorola Semiconductors (France), Texas Instruments (France), Matra HS (France), Framatome (France), Alcatel Space (Norway & France), MWD (USA), MDI (USA), THALES SPACE (Belgium & Italy), EADS MILITARY (Germany), RHE (Germany), OHB (Germany), SEMELAB (UK), EBG (Austria), among others.

Certified for the performance of Incoming Inspections, Constructional Analysis, Screening Test, Relifing, Reworking, Counterfeit Test, Failure Analysis, Evaluation and Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA) of EEE components.

Specific training in Quality and reliability of electronic components, Specification systems, Analysis techniques for electronic devices, Parts engineering, Scanning electron microscopy, Component failure analysis and Technologic evaluation.
