The activities developed within the Chair Alter Technology – University of Seville, frames different technological areas in which are the following:
→ (RAD) Effects of Radiation on electronic components and systems.
→ (AFM) Physical and material analysis.
→ (DVT) Development and validation of test environments dedicated to non-standard EEE parts
→ (DIS) Design of printed circuits and integration of test systems.
→ (NTE) Development of new approaches to the electrical test: On-line test, embeded test lab, …, etc.
